They are the one who will take care of all issues a manager cannot | | |handle. They will be the financial say in things. They should exhibit professional | | |behavior at all time.

They will respect employees, and keep the door open for any | | |suggestions that will help the business. They will be the link to keeping involved | | |with the surrounding community. | | | | | | | | | |Managers | | | |The manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. They are | | |responsible for ordering supplies and making sure, they are there when needed.

They | | |are responsible for keeping accurate records, making sure we are not losing money to| | |high labor. This person is responsible for making the decisions when hiring and | | |firing any employees. The manger will handle any issues like sick employees, shifts | | |that need covered. | | | | |The manager must keep a level head at all times. They must treat every employee with| | |respect. They must make themselves available to talk with employees without | | |judgment or personal feelings.

The manager must also be open to suggestions and | | |opinions from employees and bring the issues to the owner. They also should be open | | |to suggestions and ideas from employees and keep the line of communication open with| | |the owner. | | | | | | | | | | | | |Employees |Employees are what help maintain a successful business.
